Directions to NxStage Medical, Inc.

From Route 495 North
Follow Route 495 North, until you reach Route 28 North / Lawrence exit (# 41B).

Bear right off the ramp, and stay in the right lane.   When the road splits, stay to the right and go over a small bridge.  You will pass the Valley Forum and Hess Gas station on your right.  Take a left into Heritage Park (across from the shopping plaza).  Parking is in front of the building.

NxStage is located in the large building in the back.  Please use the Main Entrance in the front, follow the hallway to the elevators and go to the fifth floor.

From Route 495  South
Follow Route 495 South, until you reach Route 28 South / Lawrence exit (# 41).

When you exit the ramp, immediately get into the left lane.  Take the 1st left to reverse direction and go back underneath Route 495.

At this point, we are a ½ mile ahead.  When the road splits, stay to the right. Go over a small bridge and on your right pass the Valley Forum, Hess Gas station. Take a left into Heritage Park (across from the shopping plaza). Parking is in front of the building.
