Job Title: Customer Experience Project Analyst

Summary

The primary focus will be project work, analysis and reporting, related to the outbound customer delivery and distribution network. Project objectives will be cost minimization and service improvement. In addition, projects involving customer service and asset management processes will be assigned as needed.

Specific Duties:

  • Understand service options and corresponding costs for each transportation partner.
  • Understand total cost and service trade offs across the entire supply chain, forward and reverse.
  • Learn and document all key processes in the Customer Experience Team.
  • Identify project opportunities to reduce costs, improve customer service and streamline and automate processes.
  • Ensure transaction processes are scalable for future business requirements.
  • Lead projects for logistics expansion and automation.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in business, logistics, or industrial engineering
  • Minimum 1-4 years experience process improvement and project management
  • Experience with standard MS Office software including Excel, Access and Visio
  • Creation and use of database queries
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Customer Service Orientation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
