Job Title: Manager, Critical Care Programs

Summary
This position's key responsibilities are to lead the marketing program efforts that will increase our success of increasing market share in all target hospitals, and increasing therapy usage in a subset of target accounts, and to significantly contribute to the leadership of the critical care business.
Specific Duties:
- Work collaboratively with the Vice President, Critical Care Sales to set priorities and implement programs that increase the probability of beating the critical care sales goals and inspire teamwork with home office and chronic field teams
- Work as a teammate and leader with peers to raise the performance of the Critical Care team
- Plan and implement marketing program activities that increase our success at getting more business in target hospitals. These programs could include, but are not limited to: physician roundtable meetings and publications, nurse roundtable meetings and publications, "Taking CRRT to the Next Stage" grant program promotion and implementation, Podcasts - therapy and testimonials, creating and implementing a Center of Excellence program, upgrading the sales team's and business's effectiveness in anticipating and winning versus competitive messages, including updated FAQs, a comprehensive SLED program, etc.
- Provide input to development of sales, marketing plans, and clinical education specialist plans
- Collaborative efforts with home office personnel to effectively run the critical care marketing program efforts
- Other responsibilities, as assigned
Requirements:
- B.S./B.A. or equivalent
- 2-5 years of marketing, sales or project management experience,
- Preferred at least 1 year in the dialysis, CRRT or healthcare industry
- Direct management experience of greater than 5 individuals at one time, preferably a combination of sales individuals and clinical education specialists
- Significant travel required (up to 50%)
