Job Title: National Accounts Manager

Summary
This position is accountable for developing the strategies and executing the sales and marketing initiatives with targeted NxStage national providers. This position will have primary responsibility for the implementation of targeted national contracts and assist in monitoring compliance with terms and achievement of mutual growth objectives.
Specific Duties:
- Work collaborative with NxStage internal and field teams to execute sales and marketing strategy with targeted national providers
- Responsible for on going communication internal and external to key stakeholders specific to strategy, results, current activities and issues.
- Accountable for overall strategic relationship between NxStage and targeted national providers and the development and maintenance of key executive relationships.
- Lead process in contracting and compliance with targeted providers
- Lead the collaborative efforts to develop and support the appropriate processes to enable submission and achievement of reimbursement from payors
- Other responsibilities, as assigned
Requirements:
- B.S./B.A. or equivalent
- 10 years of sales and sales management experience, with at least 2 years in the dialysis industry
- At least 2 years of major account selling and marketing experience, national account or executive level experience preferred
- Travel required (at least 60%)
- Frequent lifting of heavy equipment of up to 80 pounds
