I love working in Sales Operations because I am given the autonomy to make decisions that will help make a difference for the commercial team. My team and I work with various lines of business and each business has their unique needs and challenges that allow me to utilize my skill sets and stretch my comfort level. Working with such a diverse group of individuals is a lot of fun! My skills have grown along with my career, and I am continually exposed to new technologies and ideas, based on needs from the management team, the field organization or my team. Every day is different here and there is never a dull moment, so what’s not to like?
